Re-education

The government of BangBangDuc eventually bowed to internation pressure and abolished the death penalty for drug smuggling. They were still determined, though, to appear extremely tough on these people praying on peoples' misery. The compromise was debated and passed through parliament. Both men and women smugglers were given life sentances with an element of re-education in the hope they could be re-introduced to the community. The scheme was ground-breaking and other countries were watching developements closely.

Here is Robert Harrison, re-educated and now working as a translator to the BangBangDuc delegation at the UNited Nations. He still, naturally, is serving 'life'

*NEWSFLASH* ........ Figures released earlier today by the government of BangBangDuc show an increase of 65% in attempted drug smuggling into the country.....more details to follow.......
